Principle of Work:
The wind blower with scattered function specially adapts for the air-drying of heat-sensitive material. The impeller of high-speed revolving machine can smash and scatter agglomerative materials, agitating, mixing material and make material and hot gas parallel fluid. This kind of equipment adapts for filter cake-structure material with less than 40% moisture on surface. If too much dealt with or 15% moisture, the second air drying is available, but if the moisture is between 40% and 60%, it should be adopted mixed feeder. The moisture dropped by adding dry material so that the general output of drying equipment reduced largely, this is not economical. Therefore, customers make the moisture of feeding dropped as much as possible by mechanical method (centrifugal dewatering and pressed sieving) to assure of drying going smoothly.
