● QPG Series Air Current Spraying Drier

 Operational Principle:
Been heated, the clean air enters into the drying tower. In the tower, all kinds of materials are atomized into tiny drippings by double fluid (or tri-fluid) muzzle, and then the heat is exchanged between it and hot air, the moisture in the liquid or solvent is vaporized, and discharged with the hot air, the powder product is remained.

Remarks:
1. The cloth bag dust remover can be equipped according to the product requirement.
2. Some of them are equipped to recycle solvent.
3. The circulating system is equipped according to the special requirement. The common type is open system. |
