Principle:
Raw material of powder and binder are mixed fully into the wet-soft materials in the round (cone) container by the bottom mixed paddle and then cut into even wet particles by the side high-speed milled paddle.

Main characteristics
★Adopted horizontal taper container with reasonable structure.
★Air sealing drive shaft and change into water when cleansed.
★Fluidized granulation can get approximately spherical granules with good fluidity.
★Save about 25% binder than the traditional granulating craft does and the craft improves 4-5 times
★Every granulation just needs 7-10ms and the efficiency increased 4-5 times than one of traditional craft.
★Mixed granulation in the same sealing container cut down craft.
★Sealed operation, no dust nuisance, complete cleanse and accord to the GMP demand.
