Descriptions:
Absorbed foreign advanced technique of powder granulator, improved and heightened on the basis of foreign technique,this dry-type granulator is developed by our factory,lthas more reasonable and compact structure, sipply technological processes,easy operation and better peformance. Powder materials can be made into even granules customer needs without adding any bonding anent when they run througnh the machine. As density of granules are larger,no any afterward process is needed so as to reduce technological process,reduce granulation cost and powder pollution and improve labor environment as well .

Application:
Except those dangerous materials that are subject to explosion due to crushing and rubbing,most part of dry power materials can be directly granulated by this machine. If water-cooling is adopted for rollers by turning connectors.this machine can also be suited for
granulation of heat sensitive materials.

Making granules from dry powder directly without any bonding agent and to carry out thr 2nd heating and drying.
The strength of granule can be adjusted by pressure of rollers so as to control strength of granule.
Sand-shaped irregular granules are produced.

Principle
1 .Vertical Feed Set After weight measured,powder materials are sent laterally by the vibration hopper to the main feeder,deaerated by the stirring screw of the main feeder,pre-pressed and pushed into the arc grooves of left and right rollersDriven by a pair of meshed gears,two rollers rotate in oppos ire direction with same speed,and powder materials are pressed into dense sheet while they run through reliefs. Under the function of elastic recovery after rollers,they'll be separated from rollers and drop down,and fewer sheet not dropped will be scrapped off by the blade. Stripe grooves evenly distributed on the surface of rollers can prevent sliding when powder materials are fed into rollers. After crushed and granulated,they'll pass through the vibration sieve to be graded,and granules which meet requirement can be obtained. Powder after the sieve will return to the vibrastion hopper to be granulated circularly.
2.Horizontal Feed Set Except feed style and installa-tion syle of rollers being something different with that of vertical feed set,the operation principle of them are completely idennticaI.For horizontal feed set,pow-der materials from the vibration hopper are stirred and edaerated,then they'llbe sent into the arc grooves of upper and lower rollers by the screw of the metering feeder and be pre-pressed.Technological processes thereafter are same with that of vertical feed set.

Note:
l .The output of rolled tablet is calculated in accordance with that the density of material sheet is 1500kg/m3andthe revolution of roll is 20rpm.
2.The output of finished product is calculated in accordance with that the granulating ratio is 50%.
3.The size of finished product can be changed in rather wide range by adjusting the aperture of sieve plate of crusher and granulator.
4.The actual operated power of main machine will be 70% of motor rated power.
5.The revolution of roll can be changed through change retio of motor and reducer.
